I can only make this one post because the internet is so, so, so , so so, so slow.

First I want to start off by saying I am sorry for missing the Kudos forum. I love giving hugs and havent been able to do that in about a week so to all those in need of hugs.....((((((((((((((((((((((Everyone)))))))))))))))))))))), oh, I forgot, SWBF, here is one for your Cat ((((((((((((((Cat)))))))))))))). I missed the birthday kudo.

Anyway, the drive was long and boring and it rained most of the way through Arkansas and then let up and then while I was in the hills of Tennessee it began to pour and it got scary because of the 18 wheelers that were wizzing by. Anyhow, I made it through although being in the car for that long made me extremely anxious and I have had a hard time sleeping ever since.

The rental is ok. We had a water leak the first day and the water was shut off to the house so I have asked for a rent credit because they should not have rented it until it was livable. Its actually the law. My lease was in effect as of the 20th even though we wernt here until the 23rd, the water wasnt fixed until the 24th. Long story short, it is fixed and I am happy about that. This townhouse retains heat pretty well which is a good thing because it is bitterly cold. I cant beleive I actually forgot how cold it can get here. It was flurrying earlier.

I got a contract on the house in Texas the day I left to come back to VA. I am happy about that. We will get the money we put into the house but nothing more. I miss the warmth but I am so happy to see my "hometown". Its changed a little. An over pass has been built to ease traffic and that is pretty cool. Houses are going up left and right. Its amazing. But when I look off into the distance I can actually see mountains and trees, tall trees and I forgot how beautiful that is. The smell in the air is so familier too. Smells like winter. Like a fire burning off in the distance.

I start back to work next Monday the 6th of March. I am excited and afraid at the same time. I have to keep repeating to myself that I am only 1 person and cant be expected to do the work of 3 people. There is a pavillion here that has an indoor pool. Hubby and I will be taking the kids there after work for some relaxation and excersize. It has paddle boats (in the summer), ponds, work out rooms, tennis courts, basketball courts. It nice. I cant wait to get active and shed some of this weight I gained. LOL.

Well, I guess I should go now. Still lots to do.

Love you all and I cant wait to be back more.
