Topamax didn't help my skin, but it DID help me lose 20 pounds, as my appetite absolutely disappeared -- I could eat a potato chip and feel as full as if I'd just had a 7-course meal. I hear they are trying to get FDA approval to market it as a weight-loss aid.

Sad to say, it also did nothing for my mood, so my pdoc and I decided to take me off it.
