When i lucid dream it's because i sense i'm having a really good time or a really bad time (joy or danger), i dont lucid dream when its not exciting in one way or another. I still remember normal dreams but lucid dreaming is when i wake up, because i lucid dream. I'm getting better though at staying there when i lucid dream.
Tonight though i'm going to sleep with africa in my mind (kenya and the starving)..
Thanks for the reply.
Take Care Lynn.
