I think it's a good book, with a great title. It's rather dated, and there are more current books that I've gotten more out of, but it's worth reading. My sister (the psychiatrist) recommended it when she was pretty sure that I was borderline, and I was still insisting that I wasn't. A lot of it sounded kind-of like me though.
