Ok I sometimes have a hard time falling asleep, too. And what I do, is I try to eliminate the usage of electronics shortly before I go to bed. Sometimes my thoughts keep me up at night, so I usually write how I feel in a journal, just to get my anxieties out of my head. I hope this helps!
