I feel a bit lame for asking this, but I just spent a long time trying to get on this chat here. I am new and it keeps telling me authentication failed...?? What does this mean? For the longest time, I couldn't even get on here at all, kept sending me to this google page with a bunch of links. I'm sorry for going on a long rant but this site is not very user friendly, a bit frustrating to say the least, and it's a mental health site... haha the irony!! Does this site have problems often? Can someone tell me what is going on. I know this topic maybe shouldn't be posted here but honestly, I'm a bit annoyed to even care where to put this. It will get moved if it is in the wrong section.
