I make sure I wear comfortable, but good looking clothing. I don't want anything tight or uncomfortable, or clothes that I can "feel" I like maybe jogging pants and a looser shirt. I would love to go in sweats if it didn't look so tacky just because I want to be as comfortable as possible in therapy. I do the next best thing though and wear something comfy like jogging pants and a non clinging shirt. Now, if I had a therapist that looked like he can be a Chippendale, that might be a different story
