My T says that our personalities are made up of many parts.

He has taught me to use my ADULT-part to guide the CHILD-part of myself. ADULT and CHILD (parts) hold hands together so that I CAN DO...

(Adult-part is the rational, learning, thinking part of ourselves)
(Child-part is the feeling, emotional part of ourselves)
