I'm going to see a therapist on Tuesday and I was wondering what it is like to see a therapist. Has anyone been to a therapist? I am curious. However, my life is slowly improving. I haven't cut myself yet and yesterday I had an urge to cut myself but I had something in my hand and I was calm and I didn't hurt myself. I feel happy with myself. What should I say to the therapist? I'm not sure what to say.
