She just started off by asking how I was feeling and if there was anything in particular I needed/wanted to say. Then we took it from there. An hour is sometimes not long enough. I was very lucky that my Cousellor was a private Counsellor and she was able to give me extra time. My 2nd Counsellor however was from a charity and it was an hour and that was it. Thank you for your reply. Your counsellor sounds nice. Is a counsellor same as a therapist? I am a person who can be open with their problems. I could tell a therapist anything which is troubling me.
