My T suggested getting a relaxing tape. I ended up checking out a lullabye tape to listen to. Sometimes, it gives my mind something to think about instead of life's worries. She also suggested finding something else to do for awhile. I haven't tried that much except for one night. I ended up reading a little of a book in the middle of the night. She mentioned taping yourself saying a relaxation technique. If you have a soothing place that you go to in your mind, taping a description of it to help you focus on it can help. I think she had other ideas. So, I know what you mean when you talk about having trouble sleeping. I hope it doesn't last for very long for you.
