At times I find my new sensitivity to emotions to be very confusing.

This morning watching fledgling sparrows, being cared for by parents, how the baby seem to think two or three times before flying again, and how fast they adapt. This was as close to happy or joy I have felt in a long time.

Then notice pine siskin sitting on window ledge, they normally do not stop, and I looked up and a few small feathers, showed he hit the window. He recovered enough to fly to the tree but his wings were asysemtrical, damage to rt wing. Now do I feel sad, empathy or is it guilt? As now all I feel is bad.

I understand that learning to label emotions is a great step at understanding myself.
Any ideas to help with this?
