I sometimes will purposely mess up my sleeping for a few days, either stay up really late for a few night but still get up at the same time. Or I will get up early in the mornings just to make myself tired. However doing stuff during the day really does work best. Whenever I do something during the day I am defiantly more tired at night (especially if the something is active, or has a long duration).
