Try a little at home EMDR - just take you fist and gentle clinch them together.... then starting with the LEFT fist squeeze it then release - then repeat with the RIGHT fist... alternate back and forth, from LEFT to RIGHT, slowly until sleep comes.... usually in 10 - 15 minutes.
