As a kid I figured out how to wake myself up out of scary dreams but now I am out of practice and I keep on having dreams that my baby is dying in horrifying ways. Last night I didn't have a dream that my baby died; instead I had one of those dreams where you think you died in your sleep: bright light, extreme fear and it put me in a funk all day.
