welcome, tsol, to pc. my initial problem was stuffing anger too. then in therapy i learned anger turned inward=depression. i suffer from depression so acting on the equation was natural for me and only intensified my depression. it kept me from blowing up at someone. now i'm searching for ways to express myself constructively when i feel anger. it will take some practicing on my part.
