MERCY!! You feel GUILTY for sleeping? Dearheart, it's not HEALTHY to overload on caffeine, OR to stay awake that long. Your body needs the sleep/rest. It's hard on everything if you don't get the proper amount of sleep.
I would venture a guess that you also have some OCD. Many perfectionists do. Why not talk with your doctor -- mostly to make sure that your health is good, but also he might be able to refer you to a good therapist. It would be beneficial to talk to one about this "guilt" and how better to handle your perfectionism.
PLEASE try to reduce your caffeine intake, and get some more rest. It's for your own health!! God bless & keep us posted. Hugs, Lee
