Ok, my tip of the day: work directly in front of whatever it is you have to do. Don't side up to something, don't turn to talk while doing something... face it straight on (whether sitting or standing.) Amazing how many muscles you can mess up/spasm by being off center.
Also, don't lean more on one foot/leg than the other, but balance evenly on both feet.
I think that dog that I used to have eons ago, that would eat dust, would be handy.
