And even if a person isn't nice to me, I will do my best to be kind no matter what & try to treat them with respect, be kind & diplomatic no matter what. Only if I feel the "not nice" is becoming abusive will I remove myself from the relationship. All people deserve respect & loving kindness & caring no matter who or what they are.....for I too am only human & want to be treated with respect. Initial discernment however is important at times to not get involved with people who are showing traits you know will hurt you.....sometimes it's better to be safe than sorry......then you can slowly get to know them better & determine if the initial discernment might have been incorrect.
