What is you're mental health problem if not defined by a Pdoc or T.
Mine is still to be defined by expert's. I am my own best PDoc, and doc for meds.
I can praticaly prescribe my own meds, i'm not a doc or anything.
My mental health problem is about control to me, i am a control freak.
What are you.................a question is posed, what do you say.
Tell me i'm a mess, tell me i need help.
Please respond only with truth, i am a mess, so ignore this as a mental person (me) writing this, remember i'm almost in hosp. So anybody whom thinks they are above this, dont ans this.
I need bettter help, i dont get it.
