Hi Sanada - sorry that things are difficult for you right now, but good that you are posting on here if you feel PC helps you. I have had discussions with my T about the diagnosis / label thing and we decided against it and instead just to focus on my difficulties. My T believes that we are all a little bit of this and that at different times. I have a whole heap of problems that I am working through, but just a really small step at a time. Sounds like you too know about your difficulities when you mention about control. Sending positive vibes to you Sanada, keep posting if it helps. SD
