I'm BP1 and on three meds: 200mg Lamictal, 30mg Abilify (a high dose) and Xanax as needed. If you're wondering abt the meds you're on, I'd take a list to your doctor (psychiatrist) and ask him what he thinks. You can make sure you haven't misunderstood his directions, for instance stopping one med when adding another. Or, if you're seeing both a family doc plus a psychiatrist, they may not be aware of what the other prescribed.
