Yeah i know i really need to be on meds especially in the winter over the years it seems to be getting worse and my PTSD seems to be getting worse as well so i have a lot on my plate right now i'm just trying to bury myself with work so i always have something to do i think that it won't affect me as much even though i know deep down that it really doesn't and lately it has really been showing through i've been having a really hard time keeping up with my homework cause my attention span isn't long enough for me to actually get it done even working in small amounts of time i still don't manage to get it done when it is actually due and today i'm very manic so i'm hoping that i can get caught up and work on a project for myself rather than doing all of this stuff for school
