Stereotypes abound here. They are so unfair and inaccurate ... as a general rule ... or at least generally ... well, at least some times. I used to point out how it is quite possible the specific person in question did not fit within a particular stereotype ... but the stereotypes are so ingrained few even pause to listen ... people who rely so much on stereotypes are bound to encounter communication difficulties.
