You're not alone. Lithium made me extremely shaky/jittery and even came close to making me faint. My left hand was the worst. Lithium was also responsible for attacking my thyroid, so I had to go off of it and to this day I have to take thyroid pills to keep a goiter from forming in my throat. The blood test I had said I was within normal range for lithium, but it was just bad for me. Now I'm back on Lamictal. Hope lithium works for you even though I had a negative experience.
