Sorry to hear of your situation. There are lots of good people here who understand. You may find some helpful info just reading others experiences.
Have you tried listening to music or relaxation tapes? That sometimes helps me, but I've also been known to blast some loud rock music into my head via headphones. Helps clear out the invasive clutter and keeps me focused.
There are lots of grounding techniques listed at the top of this forum you may find helpful as well.
