I know eventually I will have to just accept these problems ..I have " almost " accepted that I will always been in severe chronic pain due to my Fibromyalgia .. Its hard to just say "OK " my pain is always at a 7 or above and I wake up numerous times a nite in tears due to the pain. Yes i have tried all kinds of medications and pain relievers ,none of them give me any kind of relief . The Seraquel I take definatly helps my racing mind but I feel angry all the time . My therapist is aware and right now he is just wanting me to find something good about myself that i can actually beleive in and i just cant seem to find something that i can honestly believe in myself.
