I'm glad your bipolar is under control. Unfortunately, I do not have any advice on how to deal with your husband. It's important to have people who support and worry about you, but when they do it too much...ugh!! It makes it hard to feel "normal", because you are constantly reminded that you are (or once were) sick. My parents are a bit like your husband; I do my best to hide my symptoms from them. If they ask me how I am doing when I'm down, I say "fine" and quickly change the subject.

Even if it's not related to your bipolar, you should see someone about your anxiety. There is no reason why you should have to live like that, and it could be a symptom of an undiagnosed, manageable health condition. Get thee to your primary care doc! And have a nice day.
