ive tried to keep a sleep patern and i ususaly do about 7.5hours sleep a night.but its from 12am till 7.30am and my body now doesnt let me sleep unless its near midnight and every day for like a month nwow.and now im sick so its going to drag on for more now. even when i try to sleep in i can only for like and extra hour and im still tired for the whole day. does anyone know any tips to get my cold away faster or so that i can have a good night sleep?
