In my view, consumers must be proactive in stating their displeasure with being the guinea pigs for the greedy and corrupt. Some people and organizations that need to know it is long past time to put some integrity back into pharmaceuticals:

filed a citizen petition on July 5, 2011, with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asking the Commissioner to “clarify FDA regulations and policies with respect to manufacturer dissemination of information related to new uses of marketed drugs and medical devices.”
