I am feeling a bit better today thank you. I had to go to a group meeting with my MH Group. Spoke to my 2 SW's and they said they too would call my CPN on Monday.

No not working or studying. Hoping to have a job in September. I haven't felt sui... since March/April. I am usually more manic than anything else. Its frustrating.
