Hi nicoleb. I been 4 months now without cutting, I think I've done well (with the thanks to friends here at PC). As for certain thoughts we have, thoughts go round, and come back again.
Its ok for things to come back on us. I guess its how we deal with it; we are all different.
I hope you dont cut (I'm doing well @ the moment, 4 months--yey).
