for many years, i have had trouble with urinary tract infections following oral sex. at first, i thought it might be gonnorrea but every time the tests came back negative. an MD told me that to avoid the problem that i should reach orgasm and urinate immediately after oral sex. i find this embarrasing and insenstive to my partner - like i have to wash them out of me. also, i find it annoying as i after sex i really just want to roll over, cuddle a little and go to sleep.

i have been considering asking my MD about circumcision. recently, i read that uncircumcised men, like me, often suffer from urinary tract infections. has anyone else experienced this problem? has anyone else experienced circumcision as an adult and, if so, would you recommend it?
