I just downloaded to my Kindle the book, Understanding The Borderline Mother. I can't recommend it enough. It has been an eye opening experience for me and I've read A LOT of books on BPD. It explained a lot to me about how there are so many different "looks" to BPD. Often in mental illness, everyone with a particular diagnosis is lumped together and it gets confusing. But this book points out how BPD can look soooo different with different individuals. It's given me some very valuable insights into the diagnosis that I didn't have before. My other favorite book is Becoming A Constant Object in Psychotherapy with the Borderline Patient. This is a very clincial book, but because I'm in therapy and I have a good grasp on psycholocial concepts, it was very helpful to me in understanding what I was experiencing in therapy.

Hope the Peanut butter sandwiches were delish! <G>
