It does sound like you are looking to start more than just to hang. But, it can be hard to get "started" when there's a new set-up? You both just got there, wait a bit and see if he doesn't come around once all the dust of your and his getting established from being away settles? I'd give him another weekend or two to make a move. But if he's got others he's been with, it might be hard for him to start a new pattern; maybe suggest you go to where he is?

Does he have to invite you to his concerts? Being invited the same day as the one when he just got back might have been too soon for him to think of.
