Maybe the monsters don't have to all go away (I know, scarey thought?) Sometimes monsters find a new job to do within your system....and they can also change their name then, too.

Everyone needs some part of us that screams and scares... we just don't need them to do that to ourselves! Singletons have their monsters, too.

Take therapy slowly... everyone needs to stay on track.... some walk more slowly than others... but you will all get there, eventually. ((safe hugs))
