My main goal when I set up my website was to make it interactive. I don't have a guest book, exactly, but I have a comment system (Enetation) and Tag-board message board. It's really easy to set these up and also easy for people to use them. One of the best ways to get ideas for your website, actually, is to look at other websites and see what features they have that appeal to you. A lot of those features may be available and easy to add. Just look for a link, or even ask the person the site belongs to. If you hover your mouse over something and the pointer turns into a hand, that's probably a link.
