Come to think of it, you are right, an apology is called for... I will suggest that one to AJ and see what happens. In the meantime, is best I don't even see the renter..Cuz the fire is still burning inside...

He has been a problem for a long time.. AJ makes extra money off him for late fees on the rent... So now since AJ is working, I'd think all the hassle with this guy wouldn't be worth the extra dollars in late fees.

But then last week AJ got a warning for being late for work.. Today he was late and told he will be fired if he is late again.......... So then maybe which I sure hope not, he might end up needing the late fee money since he seems to oversleep in the mornings....
