Theo....... I think the bottom line is, some people don't care, especially if whatever they are destroying isn't theirs...They just don't care... Am thinking they are thinking "why should I care if it isn't mine" and I'm paying rent and I deserve to do whatever I please..... They are barking up the wrong tree when I get involved... grrr

AJ's dad keeps telling AJ to stop renting the bedroom since AJ's girlfriend has sorta moved in... For now AJ is responsible for all utilities, food, and of course his new car payment and insurance.......His dad rents his basement out to some really great folks and this helps pay the mtg on this house.......Depending on what happens tonight, things will either get better with the renter or he is out..

ugh... bottles of adult pee in bedrooms.......... and if this is a "guy" thing, well, the guy thing, especially peeing off the deck, won't be tolerated... He can go pee by his truck if he needs to pee out doors.. If he wants to stand high above the world to pee, he can climb up on his big bad truck and pee off the roof of his truck..... NOT THE DECK......

Thanks theo.... I too hope this is resolved "NOW" because the mama is losing it and look out, cuz the renter just might find a puddle of pee in his bed when he hops in at night....

Is so cool thinking of doing it... I doubt very much I could really do it.... UNLESS, that part in my brain keeps saying "do it, do it, go pee on da bed"... grins
