I don't want to sleep but do need sleep. I want to get up early in the morning and do things with my days but can never manage anything up until getting up between 2pm-4pm
My sleep is pattern is non existent. I use to go to bed at 1am every night. But now I fight it and am up until 4am-6am. Even when I do go to bed at a decent hour I am up most of the night and don't get sleep.
I admit I have been missing my night-time meds out and they consist of a sleeping med. But surely I can sleep without it?
Is it all down to the fact I don't take my meds and don't go to bed at 1am? Is this "bad behaviour" as my CPN says or is it "BP behaviour"
I actually feel messed up. Also I am going through a depression phase at the moment
