My manic episodes wayyyyyyy out-number my depressed phase.... or sometimes they feel like they're kind of mixed. I went through a depressed phase a few months ago, but I don't even remember the one before that. I had med added (Lexapro) and it went away. Hopefully, that's the last one I'll experience fo a long time.
