If he follows through with what he said about going back to live with his grandparents, then the problem would be solved.. Unfortunately he has some "major" issues going on in his life, I guess peeing off the deck is mild compared to what he has to deal with... I just hope he gets help with his family because even tho he is a problem renter, he also is a person in need of help. He isn't totally bad. There is hope for everyone... I think
