My T says I have Complex PTSD. I am always anxious and on edge. I was invollved in a fatal car accident almost 10 yrs ago and for a couple years I seemed okay, then suddenly I had flashbacks again and felt like I was reliving the accident all over again.

I'm not positive, but I think the complex or severe PTSD is PTSD that takes a long time to be resolved or that comes back up years later.
