my T wanted me to explain my definition of horrible.she said she doesnt understand when i use the word horrible.

just wondering if anyone has a personal definition of what horrible is

what a horrible person is to you?

what feeling horrable is to you?

what horrible looks like to you?

i guess for me a horrible person is someone who knowingly causes unbelieveable amounts of emotional and or physical pain on others for personal fulfillment.

feeling horrible is a huge bag of uncontroled emotions that leave you powerless to move away from them.powerless to over come them.scared and trapped

what does horrible look like to me.It is huge and very dark,black,grey,and maybe red.icey cold and sharp.it would be painfull to try and touch.it is hard and inpenetrable,unchanging.hard to look at.it's acrid smell would burn my insides

i would love to know how others see horrible.just wondering and thought it was an interesting question she asked
