The last 2 days I haven't been able to go into chat when I want to. Last night it took nearly 20 minutes. I don't know how long I have to try tonight

It says that my login name can't be found. That's whether I try to go into the Psych Central room or Social or Support directly. (Used to be just when I tried to go into Soc or Sup directly, it wouldn't let me.)

I think last night I had to reload the site... a few times (so maybe that isn't the problem?)
