Nothing's changed on our side of the equation, so I don't know what to tell you. The chat room page is just like any other forum page and does the same authentication routines to ensure you're logged in before being allowed into the chat room. There's no reason you should be having any new issues with it from our side.

Also, you can't close or navigate away from the chat browser window that says, "Do not close this window" after you've logged into chat. Navigating off of that page is the same as closing the window to the chat software, and it will also dump you out of chat. That's why all three chat room entry links open a new browser window when you click on them.

If none of this is functioning as it should, it is sometimes because people have installed some new program, such as an anti-virus software, pop-up blocker, or other Web browser toolbar. We don't have control over such software or their settings.
