Sorry no T till next week so I thought I would vent here.
So T you encouraged me to be more social and work more on my friendships that are just acquaintances. You thought it would help my depression and my anxiety would get better with practise. So I did. I spent more time in social situations. Now I am invited to a friends home for dinner with 3 other couples on Sat!!! We are going to brain storm some fun weekend trips to take together next summer

I am terrified, but maybe just a little excited. Are you sure they will like me?
