Sorry to hear the clock isn't working anymore. I know how frustrating it is when you can't sleep. I couldn't believe how much better I felt this morning with at least a little more sleep than previous nights. Today, some friends convinced me to meet them on their lunch hour and have a good brisk walk so I did. I hope that will help me sleep even better tonight (I'm not working right now so I tend to sit around quite a bit - I know that isn't good).
