So yeah last weekend get told "you should go to therapy"
Today after doing some research on some things I get told "eh only if you need it or think it is interfering with your life"
(this after I mention I felt like I was taring apart when searching).
What type of support confusing backwards talk is this?
IS this common with people to do to others?
Is it a trick to be like - do it on your own? I don't get it.
And will this support you, then dont support you continue- I guess I got some things to think about now huh?
