Nobody can misunderstand and HURT us like family can... probably because we don't love or expect from others like we do Family.

Stop trying to explain to them. They'll never understand! They don't WANT to, because if they did, they'd feel compelled to help or do something about it. That's called Apathy. My oldest son hates "drama," too, especially when it's in his power to change some things within the family.
